No — care plans begin once your product is live. Design and build engagements are scoped and quoted separately, then a plan keeps everything healthy and improving afterward.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Start light with monitoring and move up as your needs grow, or scale back at any time. The goal is to match the level of hands-on partnership to where your business is.
What counts as a “change”?
Content updates, small design tweaks, new sections, and similar adjustments. Larger features and campaigns are quoted as project work so a single request never eats a whole month.
How does lead generation fit in?
Lead-generation campaigns live in the Grow offering and the Partner plan. We design funnels, run landing-page campaigns, and report on lead quality alongside your regular care.
